About Us

The original Centennial Steakhouse was first opened by Lou and Lisa Lorge in 1994 where the Walgreens store is now located. John and Karen Erickson purchased the Centennial Steakhouse after it was moved to it's present location in 2006.

John and Lou first met in Kalispell, where they were born and raised and attended high school. Being from a ranching community where there were four cows per every person, it was imperative that if you owned a steakhouse you better serve a great steak! Many of the recipes & philosophies have been passed down from Lou's dad's original Montana steakhouse and we still follow them today, including buying only USDA choice or better graded aged meat in bulk quantities, hand cutting each steak and grinding our hamburger on the premises daily.

Our steaks are never frozen or commercially packaged. This way we can pass on the savings to you and provide the best quality and value possible. Our blended seasonings and recipes have been tested through time and help create many of our great menu items. We hope you will enjoy our casual atmosphere and down-home friendliness. Thank you for your business and we look forward to serving you again!
